Bates Golf Services project management includes developing a project plan, which is defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved. After carefully evaluating the clients desires we then quantify the resources needed and determine budgets and timelines for a successful project completion.

 Our project management services can also include managing the implementation of the project plan by supervising weekly construction meetings, or by placing an experienced construction coordinator / project manager onsite as an added mechanism to ensure the contractor performs the necessary steps in executing the project plan successfully. This will enable our client to implement recovery actions if and where necessary.
